Part three - Basic cart - Building an e-commerce website using Django and Vue

In this part, we'll begin setting up the cart. I will also fix a few other things before we can continue the series.

Todo list for part 3

-Create a footer and move "Contact" link down
-Create an about page
-Make it possible to set ordering for the categories
-Add ordering to products, newest first
-Only show featured products on the frontpage
-Create folder and app for the cart
-Create a view for the cart and show link in the menu
